Laguna Beach Engagement Session | Kate and Jeff

Through the hustle and bustle of life, it's so easy to get caught up in the stress of everything going on and it may be hard to take time out to allow ourselves to let our true feelings out. It may be cliche, but we absolutely love bringing out the best in our couples and we hope we were able to do that for Kate and Jeff.

We've been to Laguna Beach many times for various engagement sessions and weddings and this session was very intimate. I'm not sure where to start as the vulnerability and raw emotion that Kate and Jeff brought to their engagement session made it an absolute pleasure to witness and we can't wait until their wedding day to celebrate with loved ones.

Kate and Jeff may seem like you're everyday friends, which they are, but when they got comfortable they became overwhelmed with emotion as they realized the reason why they're getting married. They let themselves love on each other in a way that let the other person know they deeply cared for them. I'll let the images speak for themselves as their story is personal and unique yet their love for each other was on full display.

Enjoy and be sure to give them some love in the comments!

Engagement at Carbon Canyon Regional Park | Rachel and Aaron

If you missed Aaron's surprise proposal at LA Live in Downtown Los Angeles he got one knee on the ice. Once we photographed their engagement session, it was pure fire.

The love the have for each other is so evident and we're so excited to have front row seats to watch their lives blossom together. On a personal level, Rachel is my third sister and as she becomes the beautiful young woman she is, And as far as we can tell, Aaron definitely brings out the best in her.

They both have a promising road ahead of them and we're so excited to see them get married in a few months. As a lover of travel and living a bohemian life, they're going to do things their way and we can't wait to see what they will incorporate for their wedding day.

Enjoy these images from their session and make sure to send them your blessings!

Shaw's Cove Laguna Beach Engagement Session | Kim and Jim

A few months ago, Jim proposed to Kim at Shaw's Cove in Laguna Beach and we went back there yesterday to photograph their engagement session.

The energy between them was so contagious and they were game for just about anything. If they're joy and happiness on their wedding day is anything like their engagement session, it's going to be one fun day!

Congrats you guys and see you guys in Dana Point!

Summit House Wedding | Charisse and Justin

I can barely put into words the amount of energy, excitement and love surrounded Charisse and Justin throughout their wedding. They opted to be married in the beautiful St Paul the Apostle Church in Chino Hills and had their reception at Summit House Restaurant in Fullerton. They seem cool on the outside, but their friends and family definitely know how to celebrate!

We were able to help out our colleague Alex Mo  with Charisse and Justin's wedding and the team we had throughout the day was so awesome to rock out with. We're so grateful to be able to serve each and every couple we meet, and we absolutely love our "job".

Charisse and Justin brought it and loved every minute of their day. From the custom suits the grooms and groomsmen wore, to the uninhibited emotions they allowed themselves to feel. It was definitely a special day for them and it was on full display.

We're so happy for these two and many blessings to you guys!

The glow on Justin's face is all natural, no camera tricks or photoshop. The excitement and love between these two was truly radiant.

Orange County Engagement Photography | Rochelle and Kyle

First of all, we want to say Happy 2014! As for us, we had a restful, yet productive holiday season. Filled with family, Disneyland, food, and preparing for the year ahead.

So to launch the new year, we spent some time with Rochelle and Kyle this past Saturday in the beautiful, serene and intimate botanical gardens for their engagement session. We couldn't have asked for a better place to hang out. Rochelle and Kyle are engaged to be married at Faulkner Winery in Temecula this March and we couldn't be happier to be a part of it.

Kyle is a super cool dude as he loves to scuba dive and the like, but we learned that he is also a plant connoisseur in disguise. We learned so much about so many plants, we can teach Jade and Jarron about the different tree variations and plants as if we knew all along! Haha!

As always, you can click on the images below to see the full size. However, we have to apologize to our East Coast friends that these were actually taken last Saturday in the "dead of winter" (hang in there if you're snowed out!).

Also, if you are recently engaged, or if you know someone who is, and you like what you see, send us a quick note on our contact page to get the ball rolling. We'd love to talk with you about the details and discuss your wedding plans!

Have an awesome week!
