Fullerton Community Center Wedding | Jessica and Johnny

When Jessica and Johnny reached out to us they let us know they were guests at another wedding we photographed a few years back. (You can check out Laura and Cory's wedding here: Laura and Cory at Malibu West Beach Club) 

When they told us they not only liked their photos, but also how we worked, they wanted to make sure we had their wedding date available so we could photograph their wedding at Fullerton Community Center and we couldn't be happier to be along the ride for their wedding. We teamed up with Robbie Dickinson from Dickinson Films and the wedding story that unfolded was absolutely wonderful. 

Jessica's sisters helped her get into her gown while Johnny's mom helped him get his coat on. Then their son, Jacob with his matching, wooden bowtie and wedding socks gave Johnny some last minute hugs and encouragement!

Their ceremony was unique and special to them as they got a bit of participation from the guests during the ceremony and was decorated with a nature theme with succulents in Jessica's bouquet, the boutonnières and also decorating the ceremony throughout. They definitely made it their own!

After we photographed their family portraits and romantics we started the reception off with some emotional dancing with Jessica and her dad, Johnny and his mom and of course, Jessica and Johnny as a couple for their first dance. It was truly special from beginning to end and the amount of love and warmth their families provided helped their day flow as smooth as possible.

Dana Point Wedding at Chart House Restaurant in Orange County | Kim and Jim

Last Fall, we had the privilege of taking Kim and Jim out to Shaw's Cove for their engagement session since that's where Jim proposed to Kim; right on the steps leading out to the beach. We couldn't be happier for them as their theme for their engagement session and wedding revolved around the beach, ocean and that sweet ocean breeze!

They held their wedding at Chart House Restaurant in Dana Point and couldn't have chosen a more beautiful location to have their wedding. The Chart House was perfect for their intimate, outdoor wedding ceremony and their secluded reception area provided for the best dinner setting for their friends and families.

Il Garage Wedding in Orange County | Ioanna and Dimitri

We are so excited to start our wedding season for 2016 and we couldn't be happier to see Ioanna and Dimitri tie the knot this past weekend at Il Garage Ristorante in Orange County. Their wedding has been a long time coming and to see their friends and family celebrate with them made it that much special. 

There was so much love and happiness throughout the entire day, and Ioanna's smile was uncontainable. When we photographed their engagement session, we knew their wedding was going to be a beautiful and intimate celebration.

Best of 2015 - The Weddings Part I

As 2016 starts to ramp up, I wanted to put a Wedding Year in Review as it was a pretty awesome year overall. We had so many couples that trusted us with photographing their wedding and we are extremely grateful to be able to do what we do. 

I've mentioned it in a few places on social media (in case you're not following be sure to follow our wedding and engagement updates @thechrisholt) and on our Best of Engagements for 2015, but we are so grateful to each and every one of our couples for their support for our Wedding Wire Couples' Choice Award for 2016! 

We're so happy to provide our creativity and talent to highlight our couples' weddings. Every time a couple chooses us to work with we are humbled with gratitude as each and every wedding is an absolute privilege.

Summit House Wedding | Charisse and Justin

I can barely put into words the amount of energy, excitement and love surrounded Charisse and Justin throughout their wedding. They opted to be married in the beautiful St Paul the Apostle Church in Chino Hills and had their reception at Summit House Restaurant in Fullerton. They seem cool on the outside, but their friends and family definitely know how to celebrate!

We were able to help out our colleague Alex Mo  with Charisse and Justin's wedding and the team we had throughout the day was so awesome to rock out with. We're so grateful to be able to serve each and every couple we meet, and we absolutely love our "job". 

Charisse and Justin brought it and loved every minute of their day. From the custom suits the grooms and groomsmen wore, to the uninhibited emotions they allowed themselves to feel. It was definitely a special day for them and it was on full display. 

We're so happy for these two and many blessings to you guys! 

The glow on Justin's face is all natural, no camera tricks or photoshop. The excitement and love between these two was truly radiant.
